Many days I ponder nature vs. nurture...
am I making her this unusual?
Is my crazy rubbing off on her?
Or is this really the way God made her? (more organizing)

"Making dishes"
requires an apron, some containers, and running water (and apparently strange head devices), and provides lots of entertainment

This was from the first nice spring day. I was giddy with excitement to get out!
Not that this is a good photo...
but it's rare for both to be looking at the camera at the same time.

Don't let her fool you... normally after she's done with her bottle she's attempting to climb over the back of the highchair. Annika brings entertainment. Yes, there's someone back there... Boo! an Alexa attack

Travels with Daddy

In March, we went to Minnesota with Andy.

Lots of driving for a very short presentation, but we did get to enjoy some swimming.

This picture says a lot...

the cautious one heads for safety while the too fearless one heads for deep waters!

9 Months Old

Alexa is nine months old!

In the past month, this girl has learned/demonstrated:

*climbing up a step or two

*going down a step or two (also known as falling)

*beginning to cruise

*the louder she yells, the quicker people respond to her
*eating whatever she can find, doing whatever she has to do to get it

*getting into lots of trouble

Nope, this next one does not need rotating... she fell back and kept on playing.

At her nine month appointment, she was

15th percentile for height

55th percentile for weight

such a fun girl
